Dear Sisters in Christ, 

      God calls each of us to serve Him in different ways, and by faith, hope and a love in action we learn to reach out with our special gifts and abilities to make a difference for Him in this world. 

     Making a difference is not about being a big hero, it is about giving our best in a sweet spirit of God's love.  It is about kindness, goodness, humility and compassion.  It is about our witness for Christ, our love for, and to Him, and our desire to be all we can be in Him.

   As we come together throughout 2012, may we do so understanding fully that we are each members of the body of Christ. Each of us have unique roles to fulfill in that divine body, and our importance to the Father is very great.  As Christ is the head of the body, so we, too, have become the members of His divine presence.  How very exciting, and how very humbled we are to hold such distinguished roles.
